Hello Pandora! I have the strangest feeling you've confused me with the other local Ville, who is way more goth than I am. I sympathise with your loneliness, I think everyone has been thru that sometime. I find that the themes in goth music are often dark and negative and thus counter-productive and un-inspiring for everyday life and problems. It's hard to keep your head up while standing on a bus stop freezing in the pouring rain, if all the advice you've ever gotten is along the lines of "this life ain't worth living."
For more optimistic and empowering views, I highly recommend Bob Marley albums, whose ability to keep hope alive in the gravest situations is admirable. Bob is excellent at mending broken hearts, soothing poisoned souls and bringing a smile to your face. The "Natty Dread" and "Exodus" albums for example are a good place to start.
Whilst it might feel like no-one understands you, it's simply not true; in a city as big as Kyiv, I bet there are a lot of people who feel as left out as you do. Get out of the house and go see good local bands, get active in local happenings, talk to people who come to shows, things will be better. Trust me. Your friend, - ville k of blanket
